Why picture books are important?
I can never describe all the reasons I consider picturebooks important. Here are a few: The journey a reader can take through a picturebook is priceless. It does not matter the age, individuals always find magic within the pages. The way words and illustrations mingle with each other makes the picturebook a feast for the eyes. Reading picturebooks to kindergarten through 5th grade is a joy. The way students hang on to every word is hopeful because it means games, TV, and computers is not everything to them. I love picturebooks and will always endorse them for the funny, happy, sad, or quiet times in life.
